Exclusion of Liability for Damage During Film Removal
Alpha Auto Haus shall not be held liable for any damage to the paint or finish of a vehicle caused by the removal of Paint Protection Film (PPF), whether such damage arises from factory-applied paint, aftermarket paint, or other surface conditions. Alpha Auto Haus disclaims all liability for any damage, including but not limited to peeling, chipping, or other paint defects, resulting from the removal of Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles with repainted, weak, deteriorated, or otherwise compromised paint surfaces.
