Alpha Auto Haus Wraps SpaceX Falcon Heavy Rocket Matte Black

We’ve always said no vehicle is off limits. And today, we’re finally excited to share a collaboration we’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes, one that takes automotive protection to a whole new altitude.

We’re proud to announce that Alpha Auto Haus has officially wrapped a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket… in matte black.

When SpaceX reached out to us with a a request, we thought it might be for a prototype or maybe a Tesla Cybertruck. Turns out, it was one of the most powerful rockets ever built

Wrapping a Falcon Heavy rocket required:

• Over 6,000 sq ft of STEK DYNOmatte PPF

• A full crew of certified Alpha installers

• A custom-built scissor lift system modified for vertical application

This was hands down the biggest “vehicle” we’ve ever worked on and maybe the first to hit orbit after a wrap.
